Guide for Authors
Formatting Guidelines
You can submit your manuscript in single-column format and 12 point Times New Roman font. Keep the layout of the text as simple as possible because our production team will take care of it.
Only when your paper is at the acceptance stage, you will be requested to put your paper in to a ‘correct format’ for acceptance and provide the items required for the publication of your article.
Submission Checklist
Before you submit, be certain that your manuscript contains suitable material for the ToCA. Please review the Aims & Scope of the journal.
Before an article is submitted to the journal, please ensure that the following items are present:
- 3 to 5 keywords that most relevantly describe your research.
- All the figures and tables are cited in the text.
- All the references that are cited in the text are present in the reference section, and vice versa.
- The manuscript has been ‘spell checked’ and ‘grammar checked.
- One author is designated as corresponding author and his/her e-mail address and affiliation information is provided.
- An ‘ownership declaration’ is provided stating that the manuscript belongs to you, it has not been published previously (except in the form of academic thesis), and you have the authority to submit it on behalf of all the co-authors.
- A ‘conflict of interest statement’ is provided declaring that you have/(do not have) any conflict of interest.
- Grammar, spelling, and accuracy are considered as one of the most important screening criteria. Non-English speaking authors are encouraged to have their manuscript verified by a native English speaker.
After Acceptance
After the acceptance, the authors are required to format the manuscript according to the template (can be found here). Please ensure that you adhere to the formatting style. Any noncompliance will result in delay of publication of your article.
